Nimbus Group’s debut presentation at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, FLIBS, of the Nimbus 495 Fly and the EdgeWater 250 CC drew significant attention when the show was held last week. "Activity levels in the North American market have been low for a while now, but the fundamental interest in our boats and brands is undoubtedly there," says Johan Inden, CEO of Nimbus Group.

Nimbus Group’s flagship model, the Nimbus 495 Fly, had never been showcased at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show—the world’s largest in-water boat exhibition. The event also marked the premiere of the EdgeWater 250 CC, a completely new boat from Nimbus Group’s American brand, EdgeWater.

“We bring a good deck of hot leads from the show several of which we expect to close over the next week for Nimbus as well as EdgeWater, including the new, highly anticipated 250 CC”, Inden said.

On the opening day of the show, Nimbus Group hosted a press event where Johan Inden and colleagues from the Nimbus Group introduced the new boats and gave a general market update.
"It was both important and rewarding to be on site and present alongside our American organization and dealers. The interest shown in our brand and new launches was very encouraging and clearly demonstrated their strong market potential," says Johan Inden.

The Nimbus 495 Fly, measuring over 15 meters, is the largest boat Nimbus has launched to date and has attracted considerable attention since its initial unveiling. Earlier this year, it was named European Powerboat of the Year in the category for boats up to 18 meters at the international boat show Boot Düsseldorf. The new EdgeWater 250 CC is a successor to the previously popular 245CC and was developed in response to feedback from dealers and customers.
